摘要
以高速钢整体刀具铣削呋喃树脂砂为实验对象设计正交实验,通过分析实验数据,总结了切削参数对高速钢刀具磨损性能的影响,借助多元正交回归分析理论,建立了高速钢刀具切削呋喃树脂砂的刀具耐用度公式,并进行了耐用度回归公式的检验和刀具寿命的预测比对。
The orthogonal experimental design of the cutting experiment based on HSS tool in cutting furan resin sand was introduced. The influence of the cutting parameters on the abrasive wear performance of high-speed steel tool was summarized through analyzing the experimental data. By means of the multivariate orthogonal regression analysis theory, a formula about the tool life of HSS cutters cutting furan resin sand was established. The durability of the regression formula was tested and the tool life was predicted with the formula.
