摘要
目的分析研究认知行为综合干预治疗青少年情绪障碍的疗效。方法将52例青少年时期的情绪障碍患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组26例在药物治疗的基础上给予认知行为综合干预治疗,对照组26例仅给予药物治疗,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)评定临床疗效。结果治疗后两组CBCL比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为综合干预有助于改善青少年情绪障碍患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of cognitive behavior therapy in treatment of adolescent mood disorders. Methods 26 patients were given the drug therapy based on cognitive behavioral therapy integrated intervention and control group of 26 patients received only drug treatment. Results The difference between the two groups after treatment CBCL was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy helps to improve adolescent mood disorder and improve patients' quality of life.
