摘要
目的:探讨多动症儿童的行为特点及其家庭护理方法。方法:采用中国修订韦氏儿童智力量表、Achenbach儿童行为量表、Conners父母症状问卷对多动症儿童及其父母进行测试和问卷调查。结果:多动症男患儿以攻击、多动、违纪表现为主,因子分分别为21.08分、10.96分、7.85分;女患儿以多动、社交退缩、违纪、残忍表现为主,因子分分别为12分、8.25分、2.25分、3.5分;而且多动症儿童的言语智商(101.43±12.31分)强于操作智商(95.38±13.26分),部分儿童智商偏低。结论:家长应该根据其行为特点,有针对性的进行辅导护理,帮助患儿改善不良行为和社交技能。
Objective: To study the characteristic of behavior of child with children attention deficit disorder and approaches of nursing care.Methods: China Revises Wechsler Child Intelligence Scale,Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist and Conners Parents Symptom Questionnaire were used to make an investigation on the children and their parents.Results: The boys were found such behaviors as aggression(scores of factors 21.08),hyperactivity(10.96) and defying(7.85),in girls behaviors revealed hyperactivity(12),shrinking of sociality(8.35),defying(2.25) and barbarity(3.5).The speech intelligence quotient of the children(101.43±12.31) was higher than operation intelligence quotient(95.38±13.26),but some of them were poor in speech.Conclusion: Parents of the children with children attention deficit disorder should be a tutorship to give their children some guidance to correct their bad behavior and increase their ability of sociality in accordance with the children's characteristics of behavior.
