摘要 我国种桑养蚕历史悠久,桑树种类品种以及桑葚产量均居世界首位,资源相当丰富。桑葚营养丰富,含有人体所必需的各种营养成分,其各种营养成分高于常见水果,还具有医疗保健的作用。我国历代的中医本草,公认桑葚有补肝益肾、滋阴养血、黑发明目、祛斑延年的功效;已经被人们认为是一类具有营养保健功能的天然食品。药桑为原料开发绿色食品和中药草原剂,不仅能增加农民的经济收入,为企业创造更多的财富,而且能满足市场对桑葚保健食品的需求,取得很好的经济效益和社会效益。所以,开发利用桑葚资源前景广阔。本文综述了桑葚的化学成分,桑葚中白黎芦醇功能及花色糖苔的介绍,同时介绍了我国药桑开发及在医药行业应用的现状,并且论述了桑葚红色素的提取工艺及其应用市场前景,为开发和利用桑葚提供参考。 China has a long history in planting mulberry,the types of variety and its total production are the most in the world.Mulberry's nutrition values are higher than most common fruits.In ancient China's herbal medicine,mulberrys was well known to have a lot of functions;it has already been recognized as a kind of natural nutrition and functional food for many years.Mulberry used in drugs and herbal medicine can not only increases farmers'income,but also meets the market's needs for healthy food.Therefore,it has both economic and social benefits.In this paper,the chemical composition of mulberry,such as resveratrol,med-mulberry,mulberry red pigment was illustrated;the utilization and future development in our country was presented;the present study and future application in medicine were also introduced.The mulberry red pigment extraction process and its market prospects were analyzed.
