摘要
研究了用树脂吸附和分离桑葚红色素 ,比较了五种树脂对桑葚红色素的吸附 .结果表明 ,选用AB -8树脂作吸附剂 ,在 pH =2的酸水溶液中吸附 ,并用 80 %的乙醇洗脱 ,产品与传统法比较其色价高 .同时AB -8树脂非常稳定 ,使用 18次后其吸附率仅降低 2 3 % .
This article studied absorbing and separating the red pigment of Movus alba L with resin Absorption capacity of five resins for the pigment was compared. The result showed that AB-8 resin has the best performance of absorbing on Movus alba L. red pigment. In the course of desorbing the absorbed Movus alba L. red pigment with 80% ethanol, AB-8 resin showed a fairly good character of stabilization. After using of 18 times, the absorption rate was decreased by nearly 2 3%.
