介绍了第三代水果的重要食用药用价值,分析了17种代表性水果的生产现状、深度加工现状、科学研究现状,将第三代水果分成3种类型:优先开发类型,包括沙棘、蓝莓、酸枣、山核桃、树莓、无花果、香榧;地方重点开发类型,包括刺梨、余甘子、黑莓、钙果、桑葚;地方鼓励开发类型,包括蓝靛果、醋栗、掌叶覆盆子、刺玫果、野葡萄。提出了对应的生产战略、质量战略和组织机构战略。
Summary was made on the important edible and medicinal value of the third generation fruit. Production status, deep processing and scientific research of 17 representative fruit was analyzed. The third generation fruit could be divided into three types. The first development type included Hippophae rhamnoides, Vacciniodeae, Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa, Carya cathayensis, Rubus spp. Raspberry, Ficus carica and Torreya grandis. Local special development type included Rose roxburghii, Phyllanthus emblica, Rubus spp. Blackberry, Cerasus humilis and Morus alba. Local encouragilag development type included Lonicera edulis, Ribes nigrum, Rubus chingii, Rosa davurica and Vitis bryoniaefolia. The corresponding production strategy, quality strategy and organizational strategy was raised.
