摘要
以黑龙江省牡丹江市 4种蹄盖蕨科植物为材料 ,对其DNA提取及RAPD分析进行了研究 ,分别测试了模板浓度、TaqDNA聚合酶浓度、引物浓度、Mg2 +浓度、dNTP浓度 ,确定适合蕨类植物DNA提取和RAPD分析的较理想的扩增条件 。
species of Athyriaceae from Mudanjiang ,Heilongjiang Province have been used for the isolation of the DNA and the analysis of RAPD. In the process of testing the content of DNA templates,DNA polymerase ,primers, Mg 2+ and dNTP,a suitable way has been found that very useful for isolating the DNA of Pteridophyta and its RAPD analyzing. The result suggest that the new way can be a good start for RAPD analysis in the Athyriaceae genetic diversity research.
