摘要
采用荧光素二乙酸酯(FDA)染色比较分析转基因白桦花粉的活力的结果表明,转基因白桦的花粉活力均低于非转基因白桦。应用多重PCR和Northern杂交技术分析表明,转基因白桦花粉中有外源基因整合和转录表达。检测转基因白桦花粉中gus报告基因的活性,显示gus报告基因在花粉表达。
With method of FDA fluorescence, the pollen viability in transgenic birch was analysized. The results showed that the pollen viability in different transgenic birch plants were lower than those in control. Integration and expression of foreign genes in transgenic birch pollen were detected by Multiplex-PCR and Northern blotting. The results indicated that foreign genes in transgenic birch could be transmitted to the pollen and could express in the level of transcription. The histochemical GUS assay showed that gus gene could express in the level of translation.
