摘要
文章通过研究网络环境下信息行为的道德自律与社会控制手段的他律 ,论述了只有信息行为的他律与自律形成良性互动 。
The paper studied regulation and self regulation of information behaviour in the network environment,then put forwords the countermeasure to combine the means of regulation and self regulation,so information society can develop under the ordered environment.
