摘要
介绍了网络信息资源的特征。从网络信息资源的有效组织和加强控制管理两个方面提出了提高网络信息资源利用率的对策。
This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of the network information resources, and puts forward some countermeasures for increasing the utilization ratio of the network information resources from two aspects of the making the effective organization and strengthening the control and management.
