摘要
信息技术的进步一方面推动了信息管理的发展,同时又带来各种意想不到的问题。要进行有效的信息管理,就必须重视信息伦理,提高整个社会的信息道德水准。本文考察了信息伦理的内涵及功能,重点阐述了与时代同构的信息伦理规范应包括的内容。
