摘要
本文通过分析用户情报行为的概念,指出社会性、复杂性和选择性是用户情报行为的基本特性,并探讨了用户情报行为的产生机制及其影响因素。
This article first discusses the concept on the information behaviour of users,and suggests that its basic characteristics mainly include sociality,selectivity and intricacy. And then the generating mechanism of information behaviour and its affective factors are expounded.
