星形细胞瘤MRI瘤周水肿、VEGF 表达程度、MVD和病理分级的相关性研究(英文) 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨星形细胞瘤瘤周水肿、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达程度、微血管密度(microvesseldensity,MVD)和病理分级之间的相关性。方法对33例经手术和病理证实的星形细胞瘤术前分别行常规横断T1WI、T2WI平扫和Gd-DTPA增强后三维T1WI,术后取肿瘤组织行VEGF表达程度和MVD的免疫组化测定,计算每一例肿瘤标本的VEGF表达程度和MVD,将VEGF表达程度分别与瘤周水肿、MVD及病理分级进行相关分析。结果星形细胞瘤病理分级越高,VEGF表达越强(P<0.01);肿瘤周围水肿程度、MVD与VEGF表达强度之间存在密切的关系。结论星形细胞瘤瘤周水肿与VEGF表达强度、MVD具有密切的相关性,因此,在一定程度上可根据MRI所显示的瘤周水肿程度对星形细胞瘤恶性程度和预后作出判断。 Objective:To explore the correlation between peritumoral edema on MRI,vascular en-dothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression,microvessel density(MVD)and pathological grading in astrocy-tomas.Methods:33cases of astrocytomas were proved by surgery and pathology and scanned by MRI before operation.Both VEGF expression level and MVD were evaluated immunohistochemically.Results:The pathologic grading of astrocytomas was positively correlated with its VEGF expression level.The peritumoral edema and MVD were correlated significantly with VEGF expression level(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion:The VEGF expression level in astrocytomas was certainly correlated with its malignancy,MVD and peritumoral edema on MRI.Therefore,peritumoral edema on MRI could indirectly help to evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of astrocytomas to a certain extend.
