Dynamic Changes of Serum Levels of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Newborn Infants with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy and Their Clinical Significance

摘要 目的观察HIE患儿血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的动态变化,探讨其与疾病早期诊断、病情程度及预后的相关性。方法确诊为HIE的足月新生儿63例(轻度18例、中度33例、重度12例)。对照组为正常健康足月新生儿20例。分别在出生即刻(0 h),生后24、72 h,7 d采集空腹静脉血2 mL,采用酶联免疫法检测血清VEGF。结果HIE组血清VEGF水平在出生即刻表达为最高峰,与对照组相比具有显著差异(P<0.01),以后下降;72 h、7 d时与对照组均无明显差异(P均>0.05);血清VEGF水平随病情加重而升高。结论VEGF的高表达对HIE的早期诊断、病情程度判断及预后评估具有重要参考价值。 Objective To explore the dynamic changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and early diagnosis, the patients' condition and prognosis. Methods Sixty - three newborn infants diagnosed as HIE were selected as experimental group (18 cases were mild, 33 moderate, 12 severe). Twenty fullterm newborn infants in good condition were served as controls. Blood samples 2 mL of all newborn infants were collected at birth, 24 hours, 72 hours and 7 days after birth, respectively. VEGF was examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The concentration of serum VEGF in HIE group was at peak when they were born( P〈0.01 ) ,and then descended;There was no statistical significance in 72 hours and 7 days after birth between two groups(P 〉 0.05). The concentration of VEGF increased as the patients'condition became severe. Conclusion VEGF has great value in referencing for the early diagnosis,judging the degree of brain injury and foretelling the prognosis of HIE in children.
