本文论述了在网络环境下图书馆参考咨询工作的新特点、新模式,以及为了使参考咨询工作真正成为图书馆读者服务的一个亮点,参考咨询员应具有的素质。
This paper expounds the new characteristic and the new mode of the reference work under the environment of network, and the quality that a reference librarian should have for making the reference work a light spot of the library service work.
