摘要
分析了网络环境下开展图书馆数字参考咨询质量控制研究的必要性,介绍了国内外数字参考咨询质量控制研究的成果,并从信息资源、技术、馆员、用户和服务管理模式5个方面,对数字参考咨询质量控制策略提出见解。
This paper analyzes the necessity of research on quality control of digital reference under the network environment, introduces research results of quality control of digital reference at home and abroad, and puts forward opinions of quality control of digital reference in five aspects, including the information resource, technology, librarian, user and service management model.
