摘要
21世纪是信息知识时代 ,高新科技的发展使社会发生了巨大的变化 ,因特网和数字图书馆的出现使传统的图书馆工作发生了根本性的变化 ,它对处于图书馆服务第一线的参考咨询工作提出了更高的要求 ,面临一场革命。本文就网络服务对参考咨询工作的影响进行探讨。
