摘要
主要介绍了锡铈合金电镀工艺、镀液配方及工艺条件。经高温、低温、高温高湿等11种试验,证明锡铈合金镀层的性能全部达到镀银层性能。用镀锡铈合金代替镀银可节约大量贵重金属。具有一定的推广和实用价值。
This paper introduces the plating technology, the bath formular and the technological conditions of Sn-Ce plating. It has been proved that the performance of the Sn-Ce platings is completely same as that of silver platings through eleven tests such as high temperature, low temperature and high temperature with high humidity etc. This substitution can save a large quantity of valuable metals, which holds some extension value and practical value.
