摘要
以58篇国内外文献综述了锡合金镀层工艺的研究状况,包括工艺条件、镀层性能,应用范围等,展望了今后锡基合金镀层工艺的发展趋势。
Study status of tin alloy films, including process conditions, film properities and application ranges were reviewed with 58 references. Its future developing trends was also prospected.
