摘要
近年对细胞凋亡的认识逐渐深入,已经开始在生殖健康领域应用。已证实在自然状态和正常生精过程中,环境因素如激素、温度、化学药物和放射线及肿瘤均可诱导生殖细胞凋亡。生精细胞凋亡受神经内分泌因素、各种理化因素、特异性基因及基因突变等许多因素的影响。根据凋亡细胞固有的形态特征,人们已经设计了许多不同的细胞凋亡形态学检测方法。
In the recent years, the knowledge on cell apoptosis has been deepened increasingly, and accordingly be-gan to be applied to the field of reproductive health. It has been confirmed that in the natural status and normal spermatogenic course, environmental factors such as hormones, temperature, chemicals, radioactive rays, and tumors may induce apoptosis of reproductive cells. The apoptosis of spermatogenic cells is influenced by multiple factors, such as neuroendocrine, physical and chemical factors, specific genes, and gene mutations. According to the morphological method for detection of many different apoptoctic cells has been developed.
