摘要
在 p H5.0的 0 .0 2 5mol·L-1HOAc- Na OAc介质中 ,甲醛与硫酸肼的反应产物于电位- 1 .0 4 V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的还原波 ,其峰高 (ip)与甲醛浓度在 0 .1~ 0 .8mg· L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。在此条件下 ,共存的数十种无机离子及有机物无影响 ,也不受试样中颜色及浑浊等影响 ,对甲醛有极高的特效性。用标准加入法直接测定饮料中微量的游离甲醛含量 ,分析频率为 60样·h-1,其操作简便、快速、准确 。
The polarographic behavior of the neaction product of formaldehyde with hydrazine sulfate on the dropping mercury electrode in a buffer solution of 0.025mol·L -1 HOAc NaOAc (pH 5.0) was investigated. A sensitive reduction wave appeared at -1.04V( vs .SCE). Unter the optimum conditions, the linear range of the 2nd order derivative osillopolargraphic current ( i p) is 0.1~0.8mg·L -1 for the formaldehyde. The results showed that the determination of formaldehyde is not interfered by various coexisting ions, colour and turbidity in beverage. The method was found to be highly specific, simple, rapid and convenient. It has been applied to the direct determination of trace amounts of free formaldehyde in beverages by standard addition method. The analytical frequency of the method is 60 samples/h.
