低能离子束辐照对小麦萌发及幼苗活力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Ion Implantation on Germination Percentage of Wheat Seeds and GS Vigor of the Seedlings

摘要 以鉴 5 4、豫农 1 1 8及豫麦 1 8号为材料 ,研究了不同剂量率、剂量离子注入对小麦种子出苗率及其幼苗活力指数的影响。结果发现 :随着剂量率和剂量的增加 ,小麦的出苗率逐渐降低。剂量率间差异显著 ,品种间有辐射敏感性差异。 1mA剂量率条件下幼苗活力指数增加 ,表现为刺激效应 ,2mA、3mA剂量率条件下幼苗活力指数随着剂量的增加逐渐下降 ,表现为辐射损伤。 Embryos of wheat varieties Jian 54,Yunong 118 and Yumai 18 were implanted by different dose rate and fluence at the energy of 30keV. The result showed that:with the increase of dose rate and fluence wheat germination percentage was down. The difference of germination percentage was significant following the dose rate increase. The effects of ion implantation to variety germination were different.The seedlings vigor increased with the fluence increase at 1mA dose rate. But the seedlings vigor decreased with the fluence increase at 2mA and 3mA dose rate. In a word, the effects of ion implantation on wheat seeds appeared stimulation at low dose rate,but appeared damage at high dose rate.
