PEG处理对大豆幼苗活力及膜系统修复的影响 被引量:18

摘要 采用PEG-6000(聚乙二醇)浸润大豆种子(45-15、锦7307),能显著提高种子萌发率和幼苗活力,从而提高幼苗的活力指数,其中以20%PEG(W/W)处理,效果最为显著。在大豆萌发过程中,PEG处理组的相对电导率始终低于对照;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性初始显著高于对照,之后又迅速降低;脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的积累量明显低于对照;脯氨酸(Pro)的积累也明显低于对照。表明经适宜浓度PEG处理的种子幼苗活力升高及有利于膜系统的修复。 Different of genetypical soybean seedlings were retreated with different concentration of PEG-6000. The result showed that the germination rate and vigour index of soybean seeds pretreated increased notably, the pretreatment with 20% PEG(W/W) for 8hours was the most effective. During germinating period, and the conductivity rate decreased compared to control.The specific activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)first fast increased, after fast decreased ,while the accumulation of MDA was lower than those of the control.This indicated that the increasing of vigour index and favoring of membrane system's repair through with feasible concentration PEG.
