摘要
本文论述了荷能离子与生物体相互作用的一般原理,探讨了注入离子动量、能量和质量沉积过程的生物学效应,报导了离子注入引变育种的初步结果,分析了离子束生物技术今后的发展。
In 1986, experiment of ion implantation improvement of rice startedin our laboratory and Institute of Rice, AAAS. It was discovered thation implantation as a new mutagen caused high mutation rate of rice plantswith low damage. This method was then widely introduced for the mutationbreeding of other crops in China. In this paper, progress of biological effects and crop breeding by ioninjections was reported. General principle of the interaction between injectedions and biological materials was discribed, the biological effect inducedwith implanted ion's energy and momuntum transfering and the ion depositingin a range from a surface of the injected materials was discussed. Resultsof ion implantation in crop improvement was discribed and possible use ofion implantation in biological engineering was proposed.
