摘要
近代以来的世界政治普遍涂饰了民族主义的色彩,借助国家行为建造与国民等同的“民族”成为各国政治和文化建设的普遍追求。然而,以文化和族性“同质化”为目标的民族建设已告失败,而承认差异、尊重个性基础上的统一将是民族建设存续和发展的必然选择。
Since the modem history, it is a general phenomenon that the state politics in the world is painted with national-
ism, and that every state, by assistance of government action, builds the 'nation' being equal to people in a coun-
try in their political and cultural development. But, the nation-building for the 'homogeneity' in culture and eth-
nicity has been a failure, and the necessary choice of nation-building's existence and development is the unity on
the basis of accepting diversity and esteeming individuality.
