摘要
确定了2011 T3、2011 T8合金棒材的生产工艺,优化了其工艺参数。分析了工艺参数对合金力学性能的影响,阐述了合金时效过程中的微观组织变化,找出了2011合金自然时效进程缓慢的原因是异质形核。为今后生产该合金冷拉系列产品提供了工艺依据。
This article has determined the productive technology of the 2011-T3 and 2011-T8 bars,optimized the technological data, and analyzed the effect ,caused by the technological data , to the mechanical properties of the alloy.The microstructure deformation in the aging process of the alloy has been stated ,and the heteromorphy has been found the cause of the natural aging process of the 2011 alloy . The research has provided the productive foundation to produce the series of the coldly pulled products in the coming years.
