摘要
ZL10 4铸造铝合金因含有相当数量的Si,Mg等元素 ,具有较高的比强度 ,而且利用压铸技术可以高速度生产尺寸精度高、形状复杂、质量轻的零件 ,因而在航空、汽车、建筑和轻工等领域得到广泛应用 .但Si,Mg的加入增加了合金的腐蚀敏感性 ,在大气环境下容易发生晶间腐蚀而破坏 ,其次是其表面硬度低 ,容易被磨损 ,外表光泽不能保持长久 ,因此要求有良好的保护措施 .化学氧化法是一种有效方法 ,其中对化学氧化生成转化膜新工艺研究较多 .作者研究了ZL10 4铸造铝合金化学转化膜的一步氧化法制备工艺、转化膜形成机理及耐蚀性能 .通过试验获得了处理效果较好的溶液配方和工艺参数 ,经盐雾试验和阳极极化曲线的测量 ,表明试样平均腐蚀失重为 0 .0 0 6 g ,平均腐蚀速率为 0 .15 2g/ (h-1·m-2 ) .
Cast aluminium 104 alloy has small density and high strength with Si, Mg elements, and is widely used in the fields of aviation, automotive, architectural and light industry because of it can be machined as light machinery parts with high precision and complex shape. But Si, Mg elements increase sensitivity of corrosion of the alloy, which makes it corrode between crystal. It is easily worn because of its small hardness. So it is necessary to protect its surface. Chemical conversion films by oxidation are effective methods. The chemical conversion film of cast aluminium 104 alloy is obtained by experiments. Preparation procedure, properties of corrosion proof and form mechanism of chemical conversion film made by one step oxidation are studied. Solution components and process parameters are obtained. Corrosion and anode polarization tests in the solution of corrosion(CASS solution) indicate that average corrosion weight loss is 0.006 g and average corrosion rate is 0.152 g/(h -1 ·m -2 ). The chemical conversion film has good corrosion proof property. [
