摘要
采用钨极氩弧焊和脉冲熔化极氩弧焊 ,分别对LF2 1和LF6这 2种铝合金材料进行焊接 ,并就焊接接头的抗拉强度、弯曲性能等进行了对比试验 ;同时 ,通过对焊缝进行的X射线探伤和金相试验 ,揭示了焊缝中气孔的分布特点及种类 ,进而为防锈铝合金材料应用于机车的生产制造提供可靠的理论和工艺依据。
By use of TIG and Pulse MIG welding,two kinds of antirust aluminum alloy materials LF21 and LF6 are welded respectively,the contrast tests are carried out in the welding technological performances of the welding joint,including the tensile strength and bending property.By use of X ray flaw detection and metallographical test,the distribution characteristics and classifications of gas cavity in the welding seam are revealed. So it can provide reliable theory and technological basis for the application of the locomotive used antirust aluminum alloy.
