摘要
综述了国内外无铅易切削铝合金的研究概况,介绍了目前在美国铝业协会注册的易切削铝合金以及它们的化学成分范围,阐明了无铅易切削铝合金的两种切削机制以及合金元素对合金性能的影响,简述了易切削铝合金切削性能的等级分类,并指出了今后无铅易切削铝合金的研究方向。
The paper summarizes the general situation of the research of lead-flee free-cutting aluminum alloy in domestic and foreign countries, introduces some free-cutting aluminum alloy registered in America Aluminum Association and their chemical composition range, illustrates two kinds of cutting mechanism of lead free free-cutting aluminum alloy and the effect of alloying elements on the property of alloy, briefly states the ranking system of the machinability of free-cutting aluminum alloy, and pointes out the research direction of lead-flee flee-cutting aluminum alloy for the future.
