摘要
本文较为系统地介绍了超临界流体萃取的特点、系统构成、设备研制概况 ,以及超临界CO2萃取技术在生物资源有效成份分离中的应用 ;归纳了超临界流体萃取技术的一些新进展 ,包括 :溶媒的改变、超临界CO2萃取和其他分离操作的联用技术。联用技术使得超临界CO2萃取技术更能发挥了其独有的优势 ,这些联用技术包括 :尿素包接预浓缩、吸附技术、溶剂萃取、离子交换技术、浓缩技术、离心技术、超滤技术、膜过滤等技术与超临界CO2萃取技术的联用。文章对超临界CO2
