摘要
党中央提出的振兴东北老工业基地的战略 ,对东北来说 ,这是难得的机遇。东北要抓住这一机遇 ,成为中国经济增长第四极 ,观念的转变尤为重要。同时也要了解观念和经济之间的关系 ,从东北人落后观念的种种表现 ,看出东北人必须要彻底实现观念的转变 ,才能使东北这个老工业基地焕发青春 ,与时俱进。
The central government put forward hte strategies to vigriate the industrial bases in the Northeast. It is a valuable opportunity for this area. The Northeast should grip it to be the 4~ th zone of economic development in China. through the change of conceptions. The paper expounds the relationship between ideas and economy, listing those backward ideas for people in the Northeast. The author points out that there are five aspects for people to change the ideas, which enable the area to be vigriated and keep up with the time.
