摘要
要增加农民收入 ,就农民本身而言 ,最重要的是提高农民自身的科学文化素质 ,转变落后观念 ,提高市场经济意识、契约意识和法律意识 ;就国家财政对农业的支持而言 ,应借鉴当今发达国家的经验 ,国家财政应该对农业和农村经济发展加大支持力度。
In order to attain an income rise of the peasants, it is equally important to improve the education of the peasants, change their out-of-date mentality and develop their sense of market economy and the laws. As far as the finance departments in our country are concerned, we should also learn from the developed countries in supporting the peasants and strengthen the financial support to agriculture and rural economy.
