摘要
以绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)为抗原,对4只BALB/c小鼠分别进行一次脾内直接注射免疫,免疫后第5天分别取其血清进行ELISA检测条件,其血清抗体稀释度均在6400倍以上,然后用其免疫鼠的脾细胞与其同系小鼠的骨髓细胞进行融合,获得两株分泌型杂交瘤细胞株,其代号分别为2D_(11)、3B_5。
Four BALB/c mice were immunized once by intrasplenic injection of hCG. on the 5th day after the immunization, sera from immunized mice were collected and assayed for hCG specific antibodies by ELISA. The titer of the sera detected was more than 1 : 6400. Spleen cells of the mice were fused with myeloma cells and two antibody secreting hybridoma cell lines 2D11 and 3B5, were esta shed.
