摘要
根据制度变迁理论 ,分 5个阶段对新中国成立以来南方集体林地产权制度的历史变迁进行了分析 ,阐明了各个阶段产权制度的安排特点及产生的绩效和缺点 ,并总结了经验与启示。
Property right system of collective woodland in south China has changed for five times since the Foundation of the PRC. Based on the theory of system changes, this paper analyzes historical changes of property right system of collective woodland in the south China,and expounds the arrangement characteristic of property right system and producing performance and shortcoming in every stage, and sums up the experience and enlightenment.
