摘要
分析了辽宁省朝阳市集体林地的自然条件,阐述了朝阳市集体林产权改革的总体目标、原则和改革模式,改革的绩效,并指出了存在的问题和解决方向。
The natural condition of collective-owned forestry in Chaoyang City of Liaoning Province was analyzed. The general goal, principles, reformation model and reformation performance of collective-owned forestry property reform in Chaoyang were described. The existing problems and solving direction were pointed out.
