摘要
目的观察参附注射液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,以探讨其改善脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组及参附组。采用改良的Longa's法制作大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型,分别测定各组脑组织NO、MDA含量和SOD活性。结果大鼠脑缺血2h再灌注24h脑组织NO、MDA含量明显升高,SOD活性明显降低,而参附注射液能使脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织NO、MDA含量明显降低,SOD活性明显升高。结论参附注射液可提高SOD活性,降低NO、MDA含量,从而对大鼠脑缺血再灌注有保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the influences of Shenfu Injection(参附注射液) on the content of nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and on the activity of superoxidatase (SOD) in cerebral tissue after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats,to find the mechanism of Shenfu Injection's protecting rats from damage. Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia was carried out in rats with modified Longa's model.Wistar rats were randomly divided into the sham operated group,the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group and the pretreatment with Shenfu Injection group (20ml/kg). Then the contents of NO,MDA and the activity of SOD in cerebral were detected respectively. Results:The content of NO,MDA in cerebral increased and the activity of SOD decreased in focal cerebral inchemia-reperfusion group;but it reversed in Shenfu Injection group. Conclusion:Shenfu Injection could protect the cerebra of rats from focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury on decreasing the content of NO,MDA and creasing the activity of SOD.
