摘要
目的 :观察脂调康胶囊对高脂血症大鼠脑组织NO的影响。方法 :采用喂食高脂饲料方法复制大鼠高脂血症模型 ,以脂必妥为对照药 ,检测各组大鼠脑组织NO的含量。结果 :脂调康胶囊可显著升高模型大鼠脑组织NO含量。结论 :脂调康胶囊通过提高脑组织NO含量 ,降低神经毒性 ,具有保护脑组织的作用 ,可能是预防高脂血症引发脑血管疾病的作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhitiaokang capsule on NO in brian of hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: To feed the rats with high-forage and duplicate the model of hyperlipidemia as well as examine the content of NO in brian of each group, with Zhibituo as the control medicine. Results: Zhitiaokang capsule could remarkably increase the NO content in brian of the model of hyperlipidemia rats. Conclusion:By increasing the content of NO in brian, Zhitiaokang capsule can lessen the injury to nerve effectively, and protect brian tissue, which may be one of mechanisms on preventing cardio-cerebrovascular disease induced by hyperlipidemia.
