复苏药物应用研究进展:心、脑保护实验研究进展

摘要 及时有效的CPR可能使多数心脏骤停CCA)患者自主循环恢复(ROSC),但其中许多患者随后往往由于心肌损伤使心脏和循环功能不能有效地维持而发生低血压或休克,以及脑损伤使复苏后神经功能不能恢复。因此,选择有效药物,通过改善心肌和脑的血流量、增加细胞能量等机制,保护心、脑免受损伤,已经成为CPR研究的重要内容。本文现就复苏药物在心、脑保护实验研究的进展作一综述。
