摘要
在商品房空置率的计算方法上 ,国内与国外相比存在着较大的差异 ,我国的商品房空置率的数据与国外的经验数据不具有可比性。我国商品房空置率计算方法存在着许多缺陷 ,应借鉴国外商品房空置率计算方法 ,对我国房地产业的发展现状与商品房整体空置率问题进行正确的判断。
There is a great difference between China and other nations in the method of calculating the vacancy rate of the commercial housing,causing that the data of the vacancy rate of the commercial housing in China has no comparability with that of other nations. Furthermore the calculating method in China still has many defects,so we should carry on a correct judgment on the current situation in the realty business and the problem of the vacancy rate of the commercial housing in China on the basis of the reference to the foreign method of calculating the vacancy rate of the commercial housing.
