摘要
根据对我国目前关于商品房空置率的有关定义和计算方法进行比较研究,结合房地产周期、房地产市场成熟程度和统计口径等因素,提出一种适合于我国现阶段的商品房合理空置率的计算方法,并进行了实证研究,证明了其合理性。
Basing on some definitions and computing methods of Commodity House Vacancy Rate in mainland today,this paper combines on factors of Real Estate period,maturation extent of Real Estate market,statistics factor,and so on,put forward a computing method of Commodity House Vacancy Rate that is fit for our country in present,and proves its rationality by carried through key study.
