摘要
在对港台反映房地产业在国民经济中的地位与作用、反映房地产实物供给形态、反映房地产价值形态、反映房地产市场需求状况以及房地产金融服务等方面的指标体系进行了大量的可行性实证分析和系统性的比较研究之后 ,本文指出了港台房地产指标体系的共有性和差异性之所在 ,并讨论了对中国内陆建立房地产业指标体系的可借鉴之处 。
Based on the detailed empirical analysis and systematic comparison of the index systems reflecting the status and role of the real estate industry in the national economy, the supply of the physical form of real estate, the form of value of real estate, the market demand of real estate and the financial service of real estate between Taiwan and Hong Kong, this paper points out the similarities and differences among these index systems, and discusses the possibility of establishing index systems in real estate industry in China's Mainland, that is of both theoretical and practical significance for the Mainland of China to build up the index system of real estate industry.
