摘要
胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ (IGF Ⅰ )是属于胰岛素家族的一种多肽。通过与特异性受体结合 ,发挥生理功能。在心力衰竭时 ,维持心脏结构、促进新生血管的形成 ,抑制心肌细胞凋亡 ,促进心肌细胞增殖和肥大、增强心脏功能等病理生理过程。现就IGF Ⅰ对心力衰竭心脏的作用及可能的作用机制作一综述。
IGF-Ⅰ belongs to the insulin family of peptides and acts as a growth factor in heart through conjugating specific receptors.IGF-Ⅰ promotes ascularization,suppresses apoptosis of cardiomyocytes,activates myocytes proliferation,induces myocytes hypertrophy,preserves myocardial structure and improves cardiac function in animals and patients with heart failure.The roles of IGF-Ⅰ in the failing heart and their probable mechanisms are reviewed.
