摘要
目的:观察普罗布考对小鼠柯萨奇B3病毒性心肌炎的治疗作用。方法:对60只Balb/c系小鼠随机,分为病毒性心肌炎组(A组),普罗布考低剂量干预组(B组),普罗布考高剂量干预组(C组),正常对照组(D组)4组,每组15只,观察各组小鼠的生存情况及测量各组小鼠不同感染时点的血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ。结果:A组生存率为60%,B组生存率为80%,C组生存率为86.7%,D组生存率100%。血清肌钙蛋白随着小鼠生存率的提高而下降。结论:普罗布考对小鼠病毒性心肌炎有治疗作用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of probueol on Balb/e CVB3 myoearditis. Methods Sixty Balb/e mice were randomly divided into viral infected group（A）, viral infected and low dose probucol treated group（B）, viral infected and high dose probucol treated group（C） and normal group（D） to observe each group＇s survival rate and to survey the troponin. Results The survival rates of group A, B, C, D were 60%, 80%, 86.7% and 100%, respectively. Serum cardiac troponin I was reduced after treated with probucol in group A. Conclusion Probucol is effective to treat the Balb/c CVB3 myocarditis.
