摘要
通过对初中学校组织健康状况进行调查,发现被调查学校组织总体上是健康的,但存在组织健康程度的差异;聚类分析出健康学校和不健康学校,发现它们除了制度健全因子差异不显著外,其余各因子差异显著,且表现出各自鲜明的组织特征。另外处于不同地域环境的学校,在重视学业上差异显著:城市和乡村中学比城镇中学普遍重视学业。
The present thesis expounds that the investigated school organizations are healthy on the whole, but there exists disparities in degree of being healthy. Classification analysis distinguishes healthy schools and unhealthy schools and finds out that the differences among perfect factors of their systems are not prominent, while the other factors are different, and shows their respective organizational characteristics. Besides, school situated in different areas, the differences of the stress on studies are very obvious. Schools in cities and villages generally pay more attention to studies than those in towns.
