摘要
有效学校校长领导力是校长创造一种以学生高效学习、教师高效工作、有创新精神为特征的学校氛围的能力。在日益强调学校有效发展的今天,有效学校校长领导力对学校绩效的作用已逐渐引发了理论研究者和教育实践者的关注。本文对有效学校及相关概念的研究、有效学校校长领导力的研究、有效学校校长领导力与学校效能关系的研究进行了综述,并从研究理论、研究方法和研究内容三个方面对校长领导力的现有研究进行了反思和展望。
Principal Leadership refers to a kind of ability of a principal who can create a school atmosphere, where students can study and teachers can work effectively. Nowadays, effective development of school is increasingly emphasized. Educational theory researchers and practitioners have been getting interested in effect of principal leadership on school effectiveness in effective school. In this essay, relative concepts, such as principal leadership, and relationship between principal leadership and school effectiveness in effective school have been reviewed. The existing research of principal leadership is reflected on and anticipated from the aspects of theory, methods and contents.
