摘要
文章在对国内外有关学校组织气氛理论研究和教育实践调查的基础上,对学校组织管理气氛的结构因素进行了理论构想,通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,发现学校组织管理气氛由民主作风、制度健全、管理系统性、关心体贴、领导威信、人际领导6个因素而构成的。
Based on the theoretical study on organizational atmosphere schools around the world and the investigation of educational practice, this article represents a theoretical structure of the structural factors of organizational atmosphere schools. Through the analysis of exploring factors and verifying factors ,it is discovered that the organizational administrative atmosphere schools consists of six factors: democratic work - style, perfect regulations, systematic administration , care and consideration, leader' s prestige and dignity, and personnel administration.
