摘要
目的 :界定军队医疗资源优化配置的逻辑模型 ,研制军队医疗资源优化配置决策支持系统 (“卫军一号”) ,提高军队医院资源配置水平。方法 :采用复杂科学“系统性思考与实践”方法界定军队医疗资源优化配置的逻辑模型 ;运用基于关系数据库的“四库”结构研制军队医疗资源优化配置决策支持系统。结果 :军队医疗资源优化配置的逻辑模型是以系统结构、管理制度和外部环境为维度确定军队医院医疗资源的动态适度规模 ;军队医疗资源优化配置决策支持系统由人机对话系统、数据库及其管理系统、模型库及其管理系统与知识库及其管理系统四个组成部分。结论 :系统的研制提供了针对军队医院资源配置行为动态过程决策特点与规律的智能化工具 。
Objective: Define the logical model of military medical resource optimal allocation (MMROA) and present the frame of Military Medical Resource Optimal Allocation Decision Support System (MMROA-DSS) to improve the resource allocation ability of military hospital.Methods: Define the logical model of MMROA according to the methodology of system thinking and practice of complex science and design the frame of MMROA-DSS with the technique of four-base structure. Results: The logical model of MMROA is a process of dynamically deciding the appropriate resource scale of military hospital in dimensionality of structure. The MMROA-DSS is composed of man-machine conversation system, database system, model base system and knowledgebase system. Conclusion: The manufacture of MMROA-DSS presents an intelligentized tool aimed at the dynamic of MMROA and improves the sustainable development ability of military hospital.
