摘要
信息科学的发展与技术进步，从根本上改变了传统企业的生产管理概念，引发了各种先进管理模式与企业组织机制的研究，基于供应链的虚拟企业是其中一个研究热点。该文在论述虚拟企业本质特点的基础上，利用自组织理论与进化机制的研究方法，建立了虚拟企业的组织机构和运转机制模型，提出了基于自组织的虚拟企业决策支持系统与安全墙监控机制相结合进行建模和仿真以支持虚拟企业决策的理论方法，为虚拟企业复杂决策问题提供了系统的问题建模与求解方案。
The development of information technologies quickly changes the traditional production and management mode of manufacturing enterprises, which lead to different kinds of advanced manufacturing system research, especially the supply chain based virtual enterprises. This paper presents the basic concepts and methods, a reference virtual enterprise architecture, and a reference dynamic operation model of virtual enterprise, and then illustrates a synthetical solution of virtual enterprise decision support systems: self organization based on system modeling and algorithms realization in combination with safeguard management mode.
