摘要
目的:对我国城市医疗卫生服务系统(U-MDS)进行模拟研究,探讨解决系统结构问题的方法与途径。方法:依据系统工程理论,采用系统动力学方法,对我国U-MDS内部构成要素及外部环境相互作用关系进行分析,建立U-MDS系统动力学宏观模型。结果:构建了我国U-MDS宏观模型,获得了医疗卫生服务系统动态行为特征,为系统结构调整提出政策建议。结论:系统动力学为U-MDS研究提供了较好的研究方法和思路,也为卫生政策研究提供了量化分析工具。
Objective:To conduct simulation study on the urban medical delivery system (U-MDS) in China, so as to solve the structure problems of the system. Methods.. The system engineering theory and system dynamic method were used to analyze the interaction between the internal factors and external environment of U-MDS, and to establish a system dynamics macro model of U-MDS. Results: The macro model of U-MDS was constructed, the dynamic behavior characters of U-MDS were obtained, and advices were given to the structure adjustment of the system. Conclusion: System dynamics provides methods and ideas for the study of U-MDS and can serve as a quantitative analysis tool for health policy research.
