摘要
介绍了华北电网电力市场技术支持系统建设的方案构想,采用三层交换机构成双以太网结构,通过网关与能量管理系统和电能量计量系统相联,5套双机冗余的计算机系统运行技术支持系统的7个子系统,两套双机冗余的计算机系统作为内、外综合数据平台;提出能量管理系统、电能量计量系统、中长期交易系统、现货交易系统、实时交易系统、结算系统、报价处理系统、市场分析预测系统、信息发布系统的功能需求;最后指出需配备专用机房并进行必要的施工。
The construction plan of technical support system for North China Power Grid is introduced. A dual ether-net structure is used. 7 systems based on 5 sets of redundant computer system, are connected with Energy Management System and Tele-Meter Reading System through gate-ways. Integrated data platform is also adopted. Functions are defined for each sub-system. And dedicated computer room is referred by the end.
